Charles was born on October 21, 1961 and passed away on Friday, September 8, 2017.

Charles was a resident of Kenosha, Wisconsin at the time of passing.

Chuck was a product of local schools, first attending St. Mary Elementary School and was a 1979 graduate of St. Joseph's High School.

Death Date: Charles "Chuck" Portilia October 21, 1961 - September 8, 2017 Service Date: September 14, 2017 Funeral Services honoring Chuck's life will be held on Thursday, September 14, 2017. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:30 p.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, 7300 Block of 39th Avenue. Private interment will take place. A visitation for Chuck will be held at the church on Thursday from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the Mass.

Memorial: In lieu of flowers, memorial remembrances to the American Heart Association, 1555 N. River Center Dr., Ste. 212, Milwaukee, WI 53212 or The Boys and Girls Club of Kenosha: Attention Youth Football Program, 1330 52nd St., Kenosha, WI 53140, would be appreciated.
